Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you use jinji.studio or buy from us. “We”, “us” and “Jinji” mean Jinji Studio, based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms, so please read them alongside our shipping, returns and refunds and privacy policies.

What we sell

We sell physical goods made in our studio: illustration prints, illustrated stickers, and Art Mail, a monthly print sent by post. Everything is printed in small batches, so small variations in colour and paper texture are normal. Colours can also look a little different on different screens.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatching and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email. If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will let you know and refund you in full for that item.

Art Mail

• Art Mail is a monthly plan. Each month you get one A4 print, posted in the first week of the month.
• Everyone on Art Mail receives the same print in a given month.
• You can pause or cancel any month, with no minimum term. See returns and refunds for how.
• If the price ever changes, we will email you at least 14 days before it applies to you.

Shipping and returns

We ship within India only. Delivery times, costs and what happens if something arrives damaged are covered in the shipping policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered in the returns and refunds policy.

Artwork and copyright

All illustrations, photographs and text on this site are the work of Jinji Studio and are protected by copyright. Buying a print gives you the print, not the right to copy, reproduce or sell the artwork. Please do not use our images without asking first. We are usually happy to say yes.

Using this site

Please do not misuse the site, try to break it, or use it for anything unlawful. We try to keep everything accurate and available, but we cannot promise the site will always be error-free or online.

Our responsibility

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the item or refunding what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. We would always rather sort things out by email first.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on the site when you placed it.
