Shipping policy

Everything is packed by hand in our studio in Bangalore. We want your prints to arrive flat and crease-free, so we take our time with the packing and not with the dispatch.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in India only, for now. We do not ship internationally yet.

When your order leaves the studio

• Prints and stickers are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of your order being confirmed.
• Art Mail is posted in the first week of every month.
• Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

How long delivery takes

We send orders by tracked courier or India Post. Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days. Smaller towns and remote areas can take a little longer. These are estimates from our delivery partners and not a guarantee, but if something seems stuck, write to us and we will chase it.

What shipping costs

• Free on orders over ₹2,500.
• A flat ₹150 on orders below that.
• Postage for Art Mail is included in the monthly price.

The shipping charge is always shown before you pay.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we email you the tracking number and a link to follow it.

Addresses and missed deliveries

Please check your address and phone number carefully, since the courier will use them. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after repeated attempts, we will get in touch to arrange sending it again. We may ask you to cover the second shipment.

If it arrives damaged

Paper travels well most of the time, but not always. If anything arrives damaged, email us at studio@jinji.studio within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we will replace it or refund you in full. See our returns and refunds policy for details.
